Back on Track Veterinary Hospital & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and team-oriented veterinarian to join our growing practice in O’Fallon, Missouri. We are a full-service small animal hospital serving the O’Fallon, St. Peters, and St. Charles communities. Our services include wellness and preventive care, advanced diagnostics, soft tissue surgery, acupuncture, and comprehensive physical rehabilitation. We are proud to provide a higher standard of medicine in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will:
– Be passionate about both canine and feline medicine
– Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members
– Thrive in a collaborative, respectful team culture
– Demonstrate a strong work ethic and growth mindset
– Have surgical experience preferred but not required
– Have interest or experience in rehabilitation medicine (preferred)
Clinic Hours:
Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1–2 Saturdays per month)
